I love yoga sculpt! Emma is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her class is filled with fun, dynamic strength building exercises, including the safe use of hand weights. I have been taking her classes weekly (sometimes two or three times a week) for just over a year now and I’m really enjoying seeing the results. At first, it was very difficult to hold many of the postures due to a lack of strength , especially in my legs and core all made easier with Emma’s expert guidance and motivating techniques, I look forward to each and every class filled with her inspirational energy and joy.

Power yoga

An energetic flow that is formatted with a warm up to ensure that your body is prepped for more challenging postures.

Yoga Sculpt

A little bit of power yoga combined with body and hand weights to tone and strengthen your body. Great for those who have never done yoga and want to learn or those who are yogis and want a little bit more of a workout.
